Infogroup SAP Competence Center

The integration of SAP solutions in businesses, this is the mission of Infogroup SAP Competence Center formed in 2009. The center is organized into specific groups where resources, processes, instruments and competencies operate to improve business.

Our Competence Center is organized into two main groups: the Process & Functional Team which manages all requests where functional and logic competences on SAP products are needed and the Technical Support Area which provides technical support for the Process & Functional Team.

Infogroup SAP Competence Center has carried out several projects: in the area of Accounts Payable, projects vary from the acquisition of the Application Management Service for the companies belonging to the Bank Group Intesa Sanpaolo to projects for the workflow managing electronic invoicing in accounts payable and receivable, to the realization of a project to make bank transfers compliant to SEPA directive; in the Human Resources area, our projects concern the acquisition of Application Management service for the companies within the Bank Group Intesa Sanpaolo besides compensation, e-recruiting and business travel solutions.

More specifically, within the digitalization project on accounts payable, the first phase allows the circulation and the tracking of all invoices in the offices involved. In the following phases, massive accounting of compliant documents takes place with their sending by e-mail and digital archiving for legal purposes. At the same time, a workflow allows the registration of suppliers and the connection with the suppliers database of the bank.

Within the digitalization project on accounts receivable, a process has been implemented to issue invoices from all companies of the Bank Group Intesa Sanpaolo and for the registration of customers connected with the customers database of the bank, like for accounts payable.

In the project concerning Compensation, whose aim is helping manage incentive systems both for Intesa Sanpaolo organizational structures and for all companies of the Bank Group, Infogroup intervention has comprised the definition of dependant employees who can be eligible or not eligible, the management of incentive cycle of the dependant employees (managers/others), the definition of the budget structure and the management of business warehouse reporting.

e-Recruiting project has accelerated and streamlined the recruiting process with the recruiting organization, the processing of job applications, the hiring with efficient, standardized processes according to SAP Master Data and the integration with central recruiting functions of the bank portal.

Electronic Doctor’s Notes solution, according to Italian legal requirements, allows the sourcing of the certificate from the Certified E-Mail System (Italian acronym PEC) and its electronic submission in the SAP HCM system. It automatically generates the absence code for the related employee.

Family Management solution helps employees request fiscal deductions, family and study allowances, disability benefits. Everything is processed through the portal.

Business Travel software deals with travel requests thanks to EHP4 technology.  Infogroup SAP Competence Center has implemented the process to optimize the management of travel requests in the respect of the corporate policy. The project enables users to handle data from the external travel suppliers to the SAP portal through web services and to follow the reimbursement of travel expenses.

Payroll Follow-up solution totally manages payroll operations which include all global labor costs. Infogroup SAP CC has conformed HCM  to SAP PAY. Infogroup has managed adjustments concerning Master Data, Time and Travel Management, beyond architectural workflows and differences  between software.

Infogroup SAP Competence Center is able to meet all corporate requirements concerning SAP software integration by implementing functional processes to reach global conformity within businesses.
